A periodized year connecting technique to tactics. Two sessions a week: one tactical/technical under pressure, one applied in phase-of-play and scrimmage — with injury-prevention work every session.

Athletic base via the ball, possession & shape, building out, defensive shape.
Weeks 14–26
Pressing triggers, defending as a unit, counter-pressing, transition moments.
Weeks 27–39
Attacking patterns, finishing & crossing, switching play, set pieces.
Weeks 40–52
Full game model, position-specific roles, scenario training, peaking & review.
