A full year built for the golden age of learning. Two sessions a week: one technical, one applied. Maximum touches, 1v1 reps, and decisions — progressing from ball mastery to game understanding.
Weeks 1–13
Close control, moves, 1v1 attacking, change of pace.
Weeks 14–26
Accuracy & weight, receiving on the half-turn, first touch into space.
Weeks 27–39
Beating defenders, finishing, give-and-go, decision-making.
Weeks 40–52
Width & depth, switching play, defending principles, transitions.
